New windows and doors improve comfort, cut energy bills and add long-term value to your home. Westlight Windows Orlando pairs proven product lines with our own installing crews for lasting performance - and a price we put in writing.
Choose your installer
The unit is half the job - the install is the other half. Our own background-checked crews measure, set, seal and insulate every opening, and they know the lines we quote inside and out because they install them every week.
Select the right products
Compare styles, materials and glass packages side by side until the fit is right for your rooms, your budget and your goals. The product-line comparison below is the place to start.
Prepare your home for install
Before install day we walk you through a short checklist - furniture pulled back, treatments down, a clear path to each opening - so install day is watch-it-happen, not scramble.

Meet the Orlando Team Behind Westlight Windows Orlando
Westlight Windows Orlando has been installing windows and doors across Central Florida since 2009, and the crew doing the work is the reason people keep calling us back. We’re an independently owned and operated Kingswell location, which means our team trains to one standard but lives and works right here in Orlando. Most of our installers have been with us for years, and every one of them has sweated through an August attic or pulled a rotted window frame out of a 1960s block house in Conway. They know this city’s houses because they’ve worked on thousands of them.
Our People
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been installing windows and doors in Orlando for 14 years, the last nine of them with Westlight. He holds PGT and CGI factory installation certifications for impact-rated products, which matters when a homeowner in Dr. Phillips wants hurricane protection that actually passes a Miami-Dade inspection. Marcus is our lead on complicated replacements: second-story work, oversized sliders, and retrofit jobs where the original framing has shifted. He keeps a laser level in his truck that he’s had longer than some of our apprentices have been alive, and he will tell you it’s the one tool he’d run back into a job site for. Outside of work, he rebuilds old Hondas and claims the humidity is worse for carburetors than it is for window seals.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena came to window installation through finish carpentry, and it shows in her trim work. She’s been with Westlight Windows Orlando for seven years and specializes in door installation, particularly Therma-Tru entry systems and the precision shimming and sealing those doors demand in Florida’s afternoon downpour season. Elena is certified on ES Windows and ECO Window Systems product lines, and she’s the person we send when a homeowner in Winter Park wants a door hung so square the reveal is identical from top to bottom. She’ll tell you a door that binds in July will bind worse in January because, unlike the rest of the country, Orlando’s humidity does strange things to wood and weatherstripping. Elena keeps a small sketchbook in her bag and draws detailed diagrams for apprentices when she’s explaining flashing details, because she says some things are easier to draw than to describe in the sun.
Danielle W., Service Coordinator
Danielle is the voice most customers hear when they call (850) 493-7894. She’s been with Westlight for six years and runs scheduling, material ordering, and the written quotes that go out before any job starts. Danielle knows the manufacturer lead times for all eight of our stocked lines, from PGT impact windows to ViewLux, and she’ll tell you honestly whether a product is two weeks out or eight. She grew up in the Orlando area and has a mental map of every neighborhood from Metrowest to Waterford Lakes, which means she can look at a job address and know whether the house is a 1970s concrete-block build or a newer frame home. Danielle is the reason our arrival windows actually mean something, and she is not shy about calling a supplier to ask where the truck is.
Tyler J., Apprentice Installer
Tyler joined Westlight two years ago after working for a hurricane shutter company, and he’s now in the second year of his installation training. He rotates through window replacement and door installation crews, learning the trade from Marcus and Elena the way we think it should be taught: on real job sites with real consequences. Tyler is currently working toward his own PGT factory certification, and he’s already our go-to for the low-clearance, tight-access jobs nobody else wants. He’s the youngest person on the crew and the only one who volunteered to spend a week in the attic of a College Park bungalow replacing a rotted skylight curb in July. He’ll do the same thing again if we ask, but we try not to ask more than once a summer.
One Standard, Every Job
Every member of the Orlando crew works under the same promises we’ve made since 2009, and those promises are written down. In fact, they get handed to you. The Kingswell Way is five things, and we say them plainly: the price is written before work starts. We show up in the window we gave you. We leave the job site cleaner than we found it. We hand you the guarantee in writing at the end of the job. And if something fails within the guarantee period, we come back and make it right at no charge. That last part is the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it is not a marketing line; it is printed on every job document, and it applies to every crew member, from the apprentice sweeping up to the lead technician setting the final window.
Owen Satterfield, Owner of Westlight Windows Orlando, has built the team around a simple idea: you hire a window company, not a sales pitch that disappears when the deposit clears. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, so you know exactly who is walking through your door. They install products from eight manufacturer lines, chosen to match the job, not a single brand pushed on every home. And if the work is not done right, the person who comes back to fix it is the same person who did it, accountable by name. That standard has not changed since 2009, and it won’t change on the next job, or the one after that.
